Some pictures/video of the current lab while it was under construction:

April, 2005:

By April, 2005, most of the stud walls were up, but there was little idea what the finished areas would look like. The lab had a large hole in the wall that was being used to move material for construction of the fifth floor of the building.

rotated slightly to the right of the previous picture (no we don't have patio doors, that's an unenclosed opening they're using to bring materials into that floor of the building

This is the hallway that leads to the lab door (behind you in this picture)

May, 2005

By May, the opening in the wall to move materials to the outside of the building was still there, but there were more areas with wallboard up and the spaces were better defined. It didn't look any more dishevelled than the dungeon, at any rate!

The entry to the lab from the outer hallway.

directly behind the point where the previous image was taken - to the right will be a path to the staircase next to the lab, and the opening to the atrium is supposed to remain there.

Inside the lab, we are apparently now a danger. Given that the opening directly outside was there last time with no warning, I'm not sure how much of a greater danger there is now...

Panoramas

It looks a little smaller now that it has been wallboarded. Again, keep in mind that the panoramas make it look bigger than it really is too.
